Installation

We are a family run business established in 1989 and we don’t just sell fireplaces and stoves, we also provide a personal fitting service. Replacing a fire or fireplace it is large investment to your home and will give you many years of enjoyment it is very important to make the right decision on the product and installation.

We do not use any SUBCONTRACTORS only our own qualified engineers. The Regency engineers with many years experience are Hetas registered no: 2723 and Gas Safe registered no: 103588, providing our customers with a safe, first class service.

All of our installations have a two year installation warranty. All our Stove installations are registered Hetas and the local authority and approved by your house insurance and have an after sales service team offering a service second to none. All building work is to current building regulations and a carbon monoxide detector is installed.
Over the years we have prematurely replaced stoves, fires, gas fires or fireplaces due to other company's going out of business, poor installation and obsolete parts.

Cutting Workshop

With the increased demand to provide a full bespoke marble cutting service & ever rising costs to do this, it was during the year 2000 (15 years ago) that we decided to open up our very own tailored marble & slate cutting workshop in order to fulfil our customers needs at a more affordable rate & also turn orders around quicker as we sometimes experienced delays from our suppliers due to high demands.

We're proud to say that we offer a full bespoke marble & slate cutting service here using professional equipment & highly skilled staff to meet our customers needs with a diamond cutting service & a water fed machine incorporating grinders & polishers for an excellent finish, this service includes creating hearths that can be boxed, bull nosed, boxed & lipped, curved or even just the edges pennied off,  Back Panels with cut-outs to fit your fire perfectly, slips (suitable for open fires & stoves) & also Base Plates to fit your fireplace opening at competitive prices.
